to provide some more information for those who are interested:

1) where did you go to get your molds and how much did it cost? There's a good audiologist at Ngee Ann that charges $40.

2) what colour for the earpiece is available and how much more will a custom design cost? Is it possible to have a different colour/design for each side? ( my current preference is the red and blue combination like the livewires) Any color is possible within reason, red and blue definitely.

3) What cables are available and since they're detachable, should i choose to buy more, how much extra do i have to pay?Cables are detachable. The standard silver/copper ones cost $30. Others are possible at other prices. You can also supply your own.

4) Do you know of any aftermarket cables that can be used?Westone cables will fit.

5) Since i'm sending in a dynamic driver iem, will the makers compensate for this by introducing air ports in their design so as to maintain the same sound? To be updated

6) the warranty is '1 year for sound signature' what does that mean? What kind of damages is covered under the warranty and is free refitting covered as well?It covers changes in sound but not driver failure. If a casing doesn't fit there's a refit free of charge.

7) my situation is A bit complicated: i'll be in singapore for 3 weeks before returning to the state. i assume that the makers will not get my iems done before i return to the states. assuming i want it mailed to me in the states ( another solution is get my friend to collect it then he/she can bring it back for me) how much more do i have to pay?P&P to the US is S$30 extra

8) Should i not like the end product, can i get back my iem in the original casing with full refund of payment? if not, how will it work? That's not possible. The original casing is cracked open.

9) if you do know, can you give a short description of the sound sig of the different cables? eg how they differ from each other...Silver is brighter highs, tighter lows. Copper is more laid back, tighter lows and warmer sound. Silver/copper combines the best of both. It's all up to personal preference. That's the great thing about detachable cables!
